Our darkest roast, French Roast with a base of Brazilian beans is brought to life by using a special blend that accentuates the intensity of coffee beans.
The time and temperature of a roast determine its “profile”.
These beans are roasted at longer and higher temperatures (482 degrees Fahrenheit) so the oils and the sugars burn. Essentially any type of bean can be used for a French Roast yet we still use the only Arabic higher quality beans.
